Family Holiday Rental in the Tarn, Midi-Pyrenees, France near Giroussens

Just 2 minutes up the hill from La Maison des Amis, is the panoramic town of Giroussens. The local village offers wonderful views towards the Pyrenees. Restaurant L’Echauguette is open for lunch and dinner, and has a seasonal terrace right on the escarpment and overlooking the River Agout. Maison de la Ceramique, is a highly-regarded contemporary ceramics museum with shop. Once a year there is a spectacular ceramics fair organised by the museum. The fair takes place over 3 days and potters and visitors converge from all corners of France.

Besides the restaurant, the village has 2 cafés, a boulangerie, a chemist, a post office and small local shop.
